Brief
A fully integrated production upgrade for a brick manufacturing line — design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning delivered as a single coordinated programme.
Scope
Nine new machines, six of them unique purpose-designed solutions developed specifically for this process. Bottlenecks removed, throughput stabilised across the line.
Outcome
A target of 27 additional packs per day — approximately 5 million extra bricks per year — achieved through improved material flow, reliability, and operational efficiency. No increase in labour or run speed.
